Masks securely covering the mouth and nose must be worn by all guests 5 and older at all times while in the venue, except while eating or drinking. Masks are strongly recommended for children 2 and older.
As of September 13, people aged 12+ will need to show proof of vaccination when attending events at Vancouver Civic Theatres. People can show proof of vaccination in the form of the BC Vaccine Card or an outside-of-BC immunization record if you are visiting BC. Everyone aged 19+ must show government-issued photo ID with their proof of vaccination. A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted instead of the approved forms of proof of vaccination. Given the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic, health and safety protocols may change based on the evolving recommendations of health and government officials. Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of an event. Please refer back to this page for the most current information. Updates will also be sent to ticket holders prior to events.
Other COVID-19 related health protocols may include (but not limited to) temperature checks, testing, confirmation of prior travel to restricted areas and/or confirmation of no known symptoms of and exposure to COVID-19. As conditions change, we may need to change our protocols based on public health guidelines and applicable law. If we make changes to our protocols, we will send an update to ticket holders by email, post an update on our social media channels, and update this website. Any ticket holder who does not follow any of these COVID-19 protocols may be asked to leave the theatre, and their ticket will not be refunded. If you have accessibility questions or need additional assistance related to the venue’s COVID-19 policies, please email VancouverService@BroadwayAcrossCanada.ca
