Group Policies and Procedures
Your first non-refundable deposit along with a signed invoice and sales agreement is due ten (10) days from receipt of your invoice unless otherwise noted. Larger Groups may require additional deposits. Payments will not be applied nor tickets printed or shipped until signed paperwork is received. If deposit payment and signed paperwork is not received by the listed due date all Group tickets may be released without notice.
Group minimum is 10 for most productions. Some shows may require a higher group minimum. For specific details visit click on the group tab at the top of the website.
If Early Bird group discounts are available, full payment must be received by the advertised deadline.
You may not release tickets, you may only add tickets once final payment is received.
Pricing and performance schedules are subject to change without notice.
All offers are subject to availability.
Service Frees are not included in pricing listed on the group pricing sheets.
Group order requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across Canada. Doing so will constitute a breach of this ticketing privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds given on group orders.

We are here to help. We want to accommodate your specific requirements on desired section and/or price level for your group or you would like your group to be seated all together as best we can. Group requests are filled on a first-come first-serve basis from the best available inventory at the time of the order.
For online orders, you will have the opportunity to select your exact seat locations as long as you reach your group minimum. Please note that full payment is required when booking a Corporate Online ticket.
Group clients may reserve tickets in advance and will be invoiced for their seats to allow time to collect funds from group members. Our Group Sales team can give you more details on the payment options upon reservation. When purchasing a Corporate Online ticket, full payment is due at time of checkout.

The Group Sales contract outlines the Group Sales policies and procedures. The signed contract must be sent back to us prior to or along with your payment information before we are able to process your payment. If you have requested multiple shows within a season you will need to sign a contract for each show.
If you’ve submitted a group request and tickets are currently reserved on your account, you may adjust the number of seats as long as you maintain the group minimum. Once the final payment is made you may only add additional tickets to your order.
The group minimum usually ranges from 10 to 20 people. Please visit our Groups page here for more information on individual productions and their policies.
Special group rates are available on select performances, price levels, and engagements. Discounts vary by show. Ask your Group Sales representative for more details by emailing Groups@BroadwayAcrossCanada.ca.
Tickets may be subject to a per-ticket group sales service fee and a facility fee.

Early Bird pricing, if available, has a deeper group discount on select performances and price levels. Early Bird payments are typically due 12 weeks from the show’s announcement. All sales are final and refunds cannot be given. In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund or credit.
Shows may offer complimentary tickets to large groups. Ask your Group Sales team when booking your reservation.
Once your final payment has been processed, your mobile tickets can be accessed in your account. From there you can transfer your tickets to each group member. If mobile tickets do not work for your group, please give us a call at 800.889.8457 to find out your options.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days, but sometimes we experience a heavy volume of requests and it may take a little longer.
If you are filling out an online request form, please highlight the accessible need in the comments section, or contact a Group Sales Representative prior to filling out the form to address the request.
