We encourage you to carefully review your tickets and verify your performance dates and times. ADDITIONAL TICKETS AND EXCHANGES

Only Broadway Across Canada Subscribers can exchange tickets should conflict arise. Exchanges will be made from the best available seating.

EXCHANGES BY PHONE

Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 1.866.542.7469 (M–F, 8am to 4pm). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets. Please note, beginning this year exchanges done by phone will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

The easiest way to exchange tickets is online. Online exchanges are now available to Series Subscribers for free via BroadwayAcrossCanada.ca. Simply click “Manage My Tickets” under the “Subscriptions” menu at the top of the homepage, log-in to select the event you want to exchange, and follow the drop down option to “Exchange Seats.”

SEASON SUBSCRIBERS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 3:00 pm for Saturday and Sunday performances. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seat location. Your subscriber pricing, if applicable, will be honored if you exchange your tickets. However, when exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or section, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.


Exchanges and the purchase of additional Subscriber tickets for the Season Option must be made more than 72 hours prior to show time and is based on availability.

TICKET TRANSFERS

Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? You can transfer your tickets using a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your season tickets for an event to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. SUBSCRIPTION POLICIES

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theatre. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS/PHONE/EMAIL

We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. If you have any changes to your address, email, or phone number please send the information via email to:

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

Should your tickets become lost or stolen please contact us immediately at 1.866.542.7469 (M–F, 8am to 4pm) so we can arrange to have your tickets reprinted for you.

REFUNDS

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued.

Subscription packages do not include the Season Option. Additional purchase required. **Fees will apply; benefit is access before the general public only. Season Subscription and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across Canada Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossCanada.ca/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues, and artists are subject to change without notice. The Subscription pricing above includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each Subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets (inclusive of applicable Season Subscriber discounts), a $37 handling fee, a total of $7.50 in facility fees, and all applicable taxes.

Each Subscription will have a Season Package Handling Fee of $37.00 and a facility fee of $7.50.

Set Up My Mobile Tickets (On iPhone):

  1. In your mobile device browser (use Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox; this function is not available through Safari), go to Vancouver.Broadway.com

  11. This generates a Mobile Ticket for each of your seats that you can view from your Phone. Select the “Add to Apple Wallet” option to save the ticket to your phone.
